Is HDMI or DP cables prebuilt? Easy to swap them?
Yes,we prebuild 5 meters (16 ft) HDMI/DP cables for each unit,you can also swap the cables easily.

Is installation work complex for your workstation ?
Installation is very easy for Scorpion,unicorn model. Other models we have detailed installation reference on Youtube which we will send to customers for reference after order is shipped.

What kind of monitors is OK to connect with the workstations?
Most of the monitors with VESA 75 x 75, 100 x 100 install holes behind can be installed with the workstation.

Does the workstation comes with monitors or Peripheral?
No,we don't sell monitors and computer and other peripheral. Since customers has their own monitors and it’s quite easier and cheaper to get VESA compatible monitors On Amazon or local stores.

What is the Regular color of the product?
The regular color is black / White, inventory is usually black only. chair is only black color with options for cowhide leather, super fiber leather,PU etc.
Other colors need extra cost and longer delivery time.

What is the Monitor Mount Configurations?
All models can support 1 x 49" Ultrawide / 1x 43” single 16:9 monitor
or 3x29” monitors ( R1,R1pro,IW320 can support 3x 32“ monitors )
Or 5x 32”monitors ( need customs extra mounts for IW320,Scorpion,Unicorn,and R1pro )

Do you have liftgate service for delivery? can you move cockpit into room for us?
The chair is usually delivered with “Curbside delivery”, which is included in the price listed, and provides for delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. Liftgate service is included in the delivery. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or moving freight beyond the curbside, or disposal of packing materials.

What is the package look like, strong enough for long trip?
The chairs are packed in wood crate on pallet which is very solid and strong!
The chairs come disassembled and folded. Customer needs to assemble the chair by himself with one or two helpers. Some models is very easy to assemble ( scorpion, unicorn )

What is MOQ for wholesale,customs order?

Can we have OEM ,customization order，like put my company name on the chair?
Yes, we accept OEM order with customer’s authorized logo, with extra cost and longer delivery time.

How do you handle after-sale services ?
We will have video call with customers to find out the problem of workstation , then send out the right replacement parts to customers through courier,and guide customer to fix the problem by video call/show.now the products are very durable,it's 7th years of continuous experience.

What is the Warranty of your workstation cockpit?
We provide 18 months warranty free part service for electronic parts, 2 years for structure.
In case anything wrong, we will send replacement parts with instructions of how to fix issue or swap the parts.

Where do you ship them from?
For USA addresses, we ship from our USA warehouse.
For International orders, we ship from our China factory directly to aviod extra cost on shipping and tax.

How long is the delivery ?
Unlike other suppliers in the market, For USA customers, we have stocks of regular models (Black color with Black seat) in our warehouse in Ontario California area ready to ship. It Usually takes 10-15 days after your made payment, we will send from California warehouse through different selected logistics with traceable link.
Custom color / logo or other options might take 4 to 6 weeks for production. For International customers, delivery can be 3 to 7 weeks by sea / Truck or Train / Truck depends on different countries and locations.

Yes we have Credit card payment and Installament payment Klarna for customters. To pay with Creidt Card / Installment payment Klarna,Pls add item into Cart First then choose check out.
