I was a little nervous when I first made the purchase, but after using it for a few days for multiple hour sessions, I absolutely love it. I can tell there was a lot of thought and care put into designing and building this chair. Now I just need to upgrade my monitor setup, I have reached back out to their team for a custom mounting bracket. I included a pic of their shipping packaging because it was also very well done!

love the chair I am a software engineer in my 30s and when I was in my 20s I used to be able to do 20-hour days even sometimes 40-hour multi-day sprints. But now I can barely sit in a good computer chair for 5 hours before getting irritated and wanting to get up and stop which leads to me rushing to get through my work which is never a good thing. Now after purchasing the R1 chair I am able to do 20-hour days flawlessly without sciatica or back or neck pain. Thank you Jason for hooking it up!!
